Hostel
Separate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls in college campus. We have rooms for 150 girls. The rooms will be allotted on sharing basis. Each room is provided with wardrobes, cots, book shelves, study table with sitting chairs and attached bath rooms. All the hostels are provided with round the clock security. Medical aids are also provided to the students in case of emergency. Medical facility will be provided at One Beat Dashmesh Hospital (One Beat Group) 24*7 hours.
Hostel Mess
One Beat College of Medical Sciences has a clean, hygienic and a broad mess for students which provide a modern healthy food system supervised by experienced catering person for the need and taste of students are arranged. Students have provision to decided their mess menu according to their choice as well as nutritional value and also provided to students neat and clean drinking water.
Recreation & Entertainment
To encourage outdoor sport and games, there is playground for cricket, football, basketball, badminton in college campus and also excellent facilities for indoor games like carrom board, table tennis, chess, kho – kho etc.
Hostel Rules And Regulation
- Hostel facilities are provided for students, provided their behavior is up to the mark.
- Students are responsible for house keeping their rooms.
- Private use of servants or tipping of servants is not allowed.
- Complaints regarding the servants on other matters should be given to the warden or hostel faculty advisor.
- Fans & Lights should be turned off before leaving the rooms. Particular care should be taken not to leave bathrooms lights burning unnecessarily.
- Food will be served only in the designated dining hall, only during the specified timings. Wasting of food and water will never be encouraged
- Hours of study will be observed every day form 8-10 p.m. except on Saturday & Sunday.
- Whenever the students are leaving the hostel on vacations or for leave, they should give a written information forwarded from class teacher to the principal regarding the date & time of arrival & departure from the hostel.
- Students will have to strictly adhere to the rules & regulations of the hostel.
- The inmates are expected to be in the hostel by 5 pm, in case they are late their parents should take permission from the principal.
- Only the visitors authorized by the parents at the time of admission will be permitted to meet the students on holidays.
- The hostel inmates must obtain prior permission from the principal/warden, if they want to go out of hostel on any purpose.
- Casual dress will be washed by dhobi if required but the amount should be paid by the students.
- Consuming alcohol, taking drugs, smoking, chewing Gutkhas, spitting on the wall & corridors, using abusive language are strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
- Tape recorders, T.V & radios, are not allowed in the hostel room. Students are also not permitted to use any kind of heaters, immersion rods, electric stoves or coolers in their rooms.
- The hostilities should not cause any disturbance to the neighboring people. If so caused, that particular student will be dismissed from the hostel.
- The management has the right to revise the rule and regulations from time to time.
Admission to the Hostel:
- Hostel application forms will be available from the College reception, after paying the prescribed amount of fees for it. Any student seeking admission must give an undertaking in writing that he/she will abide by the rules of the hostel. There are limited rooms in hostels. The hostel rooms are allotted on a First-Come-first-serve basis.
- All matters related to the hostel admission are dealt by the management only. Hostel accommodation is subjected to availability
